Roundup Settlement Program

Use this screen to access your settlement documents for the Roundup Settlement Program. Enter your Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY) and the last four digits of your Social Security Number and then click the “Start Settlement Packet” button.

If you are a Representative Claimant for a deceased, minor, or incapacitated NHL Victim, you must enter the NHL Victim’s Date of Birth and last four digits of his/her Social Security Number and not your own.
